I'm Holly (she/her). I am a difference-affirming counsellor and psychotherapist based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I offer in-person sessions in Leith at Leith Therapy Collective and online to individuals living in the UK.
I hold a deep belief that through a safe, trusting relationship and collaborative exploration of the inner world, meaningful personal change is possible.
As a mixed-heritage person from a migrant family, my own story has fueled a deep curiosity about how our identities interact with belonging and the power structures around us that shape the way we move through the world.
⟡ LGBTQIA+ / GSRD affirming ⟡ feminist killjoy ⟡ committed to questioning normativity
I work integratively, combining psychodynamic, relational, and non-directive approaches, and always through an anti-oppressive lens.
I follow your pace - my role is to walk alongside and empower you, not to lead the way. Together, we can explore your unconscious world while attending to our relationship what emerges between us,
with compassion, justice, and accountability at the center.
